Rhetta not only understands the value of play in tying a community together and improving the lives of children, but knows that safety comes first on the list for parents and community leaders. Rhetta brings her knowledge of construction, city ordinances, and playground safety to each location. She has worked at the Utah Department of Health as the Student Injury Coordinator, where she developed an online tracking system to identify the leading causes of injury and worked with school districts to minimize injury occurrences. She most recently worked in her local city offices to increase community engagement and build stronger neighborhoods.
